Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Certain products like personalized items are not eligible for returns.

How to Return

  • Please contact our customer service at Tapnic@Gmail.com to start the return process.
    • You’ll be provided with a return shipping label if the item is defective or if the return is initiated within 14 days of purchase.
  • Refunds & Exchanges

    • Once your return is received, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
    • Alternatively, we can offer an exchange for the same item or a store credit.

    Shipping Fees

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective.

    Restocking Fee

    • A restocking fee of 15% will apply to returned items that are not defective.

    Defective or Damaged Items
