Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Certain products like personalized items are not eligible for returns.
How to Return

- You’ll be provided with a return shipping label if the item is defective or if the return is initiated within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds & Exchanges
- Once your return is received, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- Alternatively, we can offer an exchange for the same item or a store credit.
Shipping Fees
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective.
Restocking Fee
- A restocking fee of 15% will apply to returned items that are not defective.
